We are experienced in giving credit card and
consumer banking advice. We have drafted a variety of agreements,
such as business and individual credit card terms and conditions,
merchant agreements, agreements relating to promotional tie-ups
with particular organisations and management of a retail store
card. We have also dealt with terms and conditions relating
to overdrafts, bankcards and telephone and electronic banking
facilities. Our litigation team helps clients in disputes, working
with others in the team, as well as with financial consultants,
where necessary.
